How to Enroll

Future Ready enrollment begins with reviewing district enrollment requirements, gathering needed forms, and connecting with your school counselor or the Future Ready team for guidance on the program that best fits your student.

Important Reminder

Enrollment information is available through the Putnam County Schools district website. Families should also review program-specific requirements for online learning, Dual Enrollment, Middle College, Personal Finance, or summer opportunities before registration is finalized.

Before You Start

  • Review district enrollment information
  • Talk with your student’s school counselor
  • Identify the Future Ready option that fits your student’s needs
  • Complete any required registration or orientation steps
  • Submit medical or support forms when needed
Families should complete district enrollment first, then work with counselors and Future Ready staff to confirm program fit, required paperwork, and any orientation or scheduling needs.

Step 1: Review District Enrollment

Start with the Putnam County Schools enrollment information page. This is the main source for district enrollment guidance and required registration details.

Step 2: Choose the Right Pathway

Future Ready includes several options such as VITAL online learning, Dual Enrollment, Middle College, Personal Finance, and summer opportunities. Your counselor can help determine the best fit.

Step 3: Complete Program Requirements

Some options require additional paperwork, approval, registration, or orientation. Credit recovery, summer school, and advanced opportunities may have separate expectations or timelines.

Medical Forms

If a student needs medication or advanced medical support during school hours, parents or guardians must deliver medication in person to the school office. Medicine must remain in its original container.

Handbooks & Student Policies

Families should review student handbooks, discipline expectations, privacy rights, and other district resources as part of the enrollment process.

Family Support Resources

District and community resources are available for food support, crisis help, special education information, and other family needs that may affect a student’s enrollment or school experience.
